Director Functional Controlling – F&A

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accountable for setting up, developing and leading a team of Functional Controlling Managers
- Drive effective performance management in HR, F&A and Customer Interaction functions
- Responsible for company-wide cost benefit management (CBM) policy
- Ensure compliance with regulations on cost benefit analyses and approval processes
- Global Controlling Counterpart of company-wide cost transformation program
- Drive the Target Operating Model for Functional Controlling
- Drive financial planning, monitoring and reporting for functions and international holding company (ASH)
- Enable team to support decision making with in-depth financial analysis and commercial understanding
- Ensure systematic transparency on performance and steering mechanisms / KPIs that align with company strategy
- Represent a strong financial controlling voice on international committees
- Advise senior management and global functions with concise insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience working in a leadership role within Finance (preferably in Financial Controlling / FP&A)
- Strong analytical skills with a passion to identify the drivers behind numbers and combining quantitative data with qualitative information belong to your core competencies
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels are a matter of course to you
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Business-fluent in English
