About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Accountable for setting up, developing and leading a team of Functional Controlling Managers
  • Drive effective performance management in HR, F&A and Customer Interaction functions
  • Responsible for company-wide cost benefit management (CBM) policy
  • Ensure compliance with regulations on cost benefit analyses and approval processes
  • Global Controlling Counterpart of company-wide cost transformation program
  • Drive the Target Operating Model for Functional Controlling
  • Drive financial planning, monitoring and reporting for functions and international holding company (ASH)
  • Enable team to support decision making with in-depth financial analysis and commercial understanding
  • Ensure systematic transparency on performance and steering mechanisms / KPIs that align with company strategy
  • Represent a strong financial controlling voice on international committees
  • Advise senior management and global functions with concise insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience working in a leadership role within Finance (preferably in Financial Controlling / FP&A)
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion to identify the drivers behind numbers and combining quantitative data with qualitative information belong to your core competencies
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels are a matter of course to you
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Business-fluent in English
