About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accountable for setting up, developing and leading a team of Functional Controlling Managers
Drive effective performance management in HR, F&A and Customer Interaction functions
Responsible for company-wide cost benefit management (CBM) policy
Ensure compliance with regulations on cost benefit analyses and approval processes
Global Controlling Counterpart of company-wide cost transformation program
Drive the Target Operating Model for Functional Controlling
Drive financial planning, monitoring and reporting for functions and international holding company (ASH)
Enable team to support decision making with in-depth financial analysis and commercial understanding
Ensure systematic transparency on performance and steering mechanisms / KPIs that align with company strategy
Represent a strong financial controlling voice on international committees
Advise senior management and global functions with concise insights

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience working in a leadership role within Finance (preferably in Financial Controlling / FP&A)
Strong analytical skills with a passion to identify the drivers behind numbers and combining quantitative data with qualitative information belong to your core competencies
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels are a matter of course to you
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams
Business-fluent in English
