About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting the administration of the testing tool landscape, including user and role management, project setup and basic configuration
- Handling tool access requests and ensuring compliance with security and data protection standards
- Providing first- and second-level technical support to test managers, defect managers, the Test Factory and business testers for tool-related issues
- Maintaining tool documentation, user guides and training materials
- Assisting with tool integration monitoring, ensuring connections between test management, ITSM, reporting and other enterprise platforms function reliably
- Maintaining project structures, folder configurations and templates within the tools
- Supporting licence management and access compliance tracking
- Collaborating with infrastructure teams on environment provisioning and basic maintenance tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical affinity and interest in configuring and troubleshooting enterprise software applications
- First experience with application lifecycle management tools (e.g. ALM, Jira, Xray or comparable) is a plus
- Basic understanding of integration concepts (APIs, data flows between systems)
- Proactive, hands-on problem solver with a service-oriented mindset
- Good command of written and spoken English
