About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will support the establishment and development of holding and project controlling to help internal functions understand their costs and performance
- You will support end-to-end controlling activities — including planning, forecasting, reporting, and investment controlling — for the management holding to ensure performance aligns with budget
- You will define and implement guidelines to capture project financials consistently across the organization and ensure integration of financial data and project management workflows within the project management tool (ServiceNow)
- You will develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to enable transparent financial monitoring and self-service reporting for stakeholders
- To succeed in this role, you must be able to analyze, understand, and challenge delivered data, and proactively share best practices through training and support on project financials and tool usage
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in business administration, economics, accounting, finance, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in finance/controlling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Structured, self-organized, and solution-focused work style
- Creative mindset with resilience and reliability in delivering high-quality results
- Prior experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and BW queries is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with SharePoint is a plus
- Business-fluent in English
