IT Change Manager
GlobalPeopleTransitionsIT Change Manager overseeing end-to-end Change Management activities at ALDI in Pécs, Hungary. Ensuring quality and control of change requests with minimal disruption to IT services.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversees and executes end-to-end Change Management activities
- Ensuring quality of change requests, including formal review, documentation and compliance with defined standards
- Controlling and ensuring the full lifecycle of changes from creation to closure
- Performing initial assessment (categorisation, estimation), including impact, risk and resource analysis for IT services/products
- Planning and scheduling changes in coordination with stakeholders, ensuring no conflicts with other changes or events
- Managing and maintaining the overall change schedule and implementation windows
- Ensuring all changes gain relevant approvals
- Authorising or rejecting change requests and reviewing emergency and standard changes
- Organising, coordinating and representing changes in CAB/GCAB meetings
- Communicating CAB decisions and providing stakeholders with all necessary information and status updates
- Coordinating implementation, testing and rollback of changes
- Closing changes with proper documentation and closure notes
- Implementation and enforcement of quality gates for all changes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3+ years of experience and professional knowledge of Change Management
- ITIL4 certificate is an advantage
- Excellent English (C2) language skills (knowledge of German is an advantage)
- Proactive attitude and holistic view of processes
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with customer-oriented attitude
