About the role
- Development and configuration of ServiceNow (e.g. workflows, integration, portal)
- Automation of business processes and operational tasks
- Consulting of internal teams as expert for ServiceNow functionality & best practices
- Requirements engineering and communication of the solution
- Programming and coordination of external partners
- Support for the existing ServiceNow developments, patch and upgrade management for the platform
- Quality assurance and source code management
Requirements
- Studies or training with a focus on information technology
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript
- Excellent English language skills
- Experience in ServiceNow development (client/server side scripting, AngularJS, Flow Designer)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow reporting (data model, dashboards, Performance Analytics) or ServiceNow functionality (ITSM, ITBM, Custom Apps, Mobile App, Performance Analytics, Portal) is advantageous
- Experience in ServiceNow integration (REST/SOAP, import and transform maps) and in agile software development and design is an advantage
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
