About the role

  • Obtain and analyze functional and technical requirements for process automation solutions
  • Gather and clarify business needs, including mapping current-state and target-state automation workflows using RPA (UiPath), n8n, and agentic development approaches
  • Clearly communicate requirements and process changes to the development team (RPA engineers, developers, architects)
  • Create and maintain project documentation (requirements, specifications, process diagrams) for automated workflows
  • Communication with English speaking project stakeholders on customer side
  • Facilitate alignment among stakeholders and ensure a shared understanding and agreement on the proposed automation solutions
  • Contribute to backlog refinement and participate in sprint planning, demos, and retrospective sessions within an agile setup
  • Develop business cases, requirements, and use cases for identified automation opportunities
  • Provide support after implementation, including clarification of requirements, handling change requests, and assisting with issue analysis

Requirements

  • 3+ years of commercial background as a Business Analyst (retail sector expertise is a strong advantage)
  • Experience working on 3+ software development projects
  • Fluency in English is essential for the job
  • Experience in gathering/elicitation business requirements and developing functional specifications with special emphasis on use cases, providing user training and support
  • Knowledge of business analysis best practices
  • Knowledge of requirements lifecycle
  • Knowledge of software development process (Software Development lifecycle)
  • Knowledge and experience in the software development methodologies (preferably Agile)
  • Understanding of business processes and process automation
  • Understanding of agentic systems and agentic process automation solutions
  • Experience with tools for Software management, Jira/Confluence, etc.
  • University degree in computer science, Information Systems or similar is preferred
