About the role

  • Participating in global digitalisation and optimisation projects in the field of BTP
  • Designing, building and operating cloud resilience solutions (high availability, failover, hyperscaler, environments, etc.) based on organisational needs
  • Elaborating and assessing business and technical requirements
  • Coordinating team members and stakeholders
  • Actively leading the technical vision to success
  • Coordinating the SAP BTP landscape with internal and external stakeholders on a global basis
  • Analysing, assessing and participating in the overall demand management process
  • Steering consumption, usage and management on BTP
  • Adhering and contributing to guidelines and quality standards

Requirements

  • Sound and practical knowledge of SAP technology and SAP architecture, S/4HANA, Fiori
  • Excellent level of expertise and hands-on experience with the SAP Business Technology Platform, regarding both the Extension Suite and Integration Suite
  • Understanding of the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP)
  • Capability and experience in driving BTP-related topics (developments, guidelines, etc.) in a DevOps and/or agile environment
  • Outstanding talent for driving new impulses and convincing stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • At least five years of relevant professional experience in IT architecture
  • Very good communication skills, service and solution-oriented work attitude as well as high analytical capabilities
  • Fluency in English
  • German language skills are an advantage
