About the role
- Design seamless and engaging customer experiences across digital, in-store, and service touchpoints while driving global efficiency and cost savings
- Lead the coordination and oversight of ongoing retail media trials, ensuring effective execution across various markets
- Monitor the progression of trials, addressing any challenges to meet planned timelines and objectives, and help develop ALDI’s approach to Retail Media
- Manage the ad creative process in collaboration with in-market channel teams, ensuring all creative assets align with ALDI's brand standards and campaign objectives
- Oversee the development of key assets required for trial execution, ensuring they resonate with target audiences while maintaining consistency across channels
- Manage and oversee ad placements across digital and physical retail channels, ensuring accurate setup and timely execution according to campaign plans
- Monitor and analyze ad performance continuously, using data to make informed adjustments that optimize visibility, engagement, and conversion rates
- Implement rapid-response changes based on performance data, such as modifying ad creatives, adjusting bid strategies, or reallocating budgets to higher-performing channels
- Develop and maintain performance reporting, providing regular updates to stakeholders that highlight key metrics, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns
- Conduct weekly coordination meetings with in-market channel teams to discuss ongoing campaigns, activations, and performance optimization
- Enhance communication and workflow between teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
- Serve as the primary liaison for agency partners, facilitating collaboration and leveraging their expertise to support campaign execution and enhancements
- Ensure that agency deliverables align with ALDI’s objectives and campaign requirements
Requirements
- Prior experience in a media coordination or analyst role within the retail or FMCG sectors
- A proactive approach, eager to identify challenges and opportunities for process improvement
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of the creative process and digital media channel management
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to inform decisions and drive campaign success
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of driving collaboration across teams and with external partners
