About the role

  • Coordinate a strategic project to transform ALDI’s global supply chain and achieve target outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for innovation within the supply chain and implement changes aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, adapt communication styles, anticipate conflicts and mediate as necessary
  • Develop detailed project plans outlining timelines, resources, and milestones to ensure project success
  • Monitor project progress, make informed decisions, ensure quality outputs, and escalate/resolve challenges to avoid delays
  • Support change management by preparing communication materials and stakeholder plans

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of substantial project management experience in supply chain, logistics, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Relevant certifications from recognized institutes (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly beneficial
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and effectively prioritising tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse teams and demonstrate empathy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office Suite products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and commitment to personal and team development
