About the role
- Preparation and coordination of management presentations for the executive board and senior leadership
- Consolidation and linking of detailed financial and ERP data into a cohesive storyline for top management
- Ownership of management reporting and regular preparation of ad-hoc reports
- Execution of planning, forecasting and budgeting, including ongoing monitoring, variance analyses and derivation of control measures
- Preparation and analysis of profitability and feasibility studies to support decision-making
- Support in the further development of controlling tools and reporting formats
- Act as a competent point of contact for business units on controlling matters
Requirements
- Degree or professional qualification in business administration (university degree or further professional training)
- Relevant professional experience in controlling (at least 2–4 years)
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of SAP FI/CO and Think-Cell is an advantage
- Strong analytical and holistic thinking with an understanding of complex interdependencies
- Structured, solution-oriented work style combined with a high degree of initiative
- Strong communication skills in German and very good written and spoken English
