About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Schedule meetings with potential clients and understand their needs
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and demonstrations on products and services
  • Negotiate sales terms and contracts and handle objections from customers
  • Act as a point of contact between customer and company, building a strong relationship
  • Gather market and customer information to understand necessities and new market trends
  • Work with other departments to maintain and boost customer experience
  • Set sales goals and develop sales strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced English and Spanish, both written and spoken
  • At least 2+ years of experience as an SDR
  • Demonstrated track record in consistently meeting or surpassing ambitious sales targets and quotas
  • Knowledge on sales frameworks such as BANT, SPIN Selling, GPCT or Sandler Selling
  • Proficient in sales and communication tools, CRM software (Hubspot)
  • Exceptional communication skills to write email copy and sequence campaigns
  • Ability to cultivate enduring relationships with clients
  • Empathy and a customer-centric mindset
