About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Schedule meetings with potential clients and understand their needs
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and demonstrations on products and services
- Negotiate sales terms and contracts and handle objections from customers
- Act as a point of contact between customer and company, building a strong relationship
- Gather market and customer information to understand necessities and new market trends
- Work with other departments to maintain and boost customer experience
- Set sales goals and develop sales strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- At least 2+ years of experience as an SDR
- Demonstrated track record in consistently meeting or surpassing ambitious sales targets and quotas
- Knowledge on sales frameworks such as BANT, SPIN Selling, GPCT or Sandler Selling
- Proficient in sales and communication tools, CRM software (Hubspot)
- Exceptional communication skills to write email copy and sequence campaigns
- Ability to cultivate enduring relationships with clients
- Empathy and a customer-centric mindset
