About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • support mergers and acquisitions accounting and Day 2 integration
  • ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP/IFRS and adherence to global accounting policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and CPA license required
  • 10+ years of experience is required, including experience with a Big 4 public accounting firm and/or experience at a global Fortune 500 company
  • 2+ years of experience leading effective teams
  • Substantial experience in and working knowledge of authoritative U.S. GAAP and IFRS technical accounting research and application
