About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to structure IP licensing and tools agreements
- Own end‑to‑end contract economics, including performance obligation assessment and revenue recognition under IFRS 15
- Evaluate R&D investments, cost structures, and profitability across licensing and tools offerings
- Drive forecasting accuracy, operating cadence, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Drive automation across FP&A and contract workflows, leveraging AI to improve forecast accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
Requirements
What you’ll need- CPA, MBA, or relevant Master’s degree
- 5–8 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, ideally in semiconductor IP licensing
- Deep expertise in IFRS 15 revenue recognition and contract structuring across complex technology arrangements
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive‑level presentation skills.
