Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and operationalize commercial performance frameworks, including KPIs, scorecards, and planning cadences aligned to company objectives.
  • Own and evolve sales performance measurement across pipeline, productivity, execution quality, and outcomes.
  • Partner directly with Sales leadership to translate strategy into measurable actions.
  • Drive commercial productivity improvements by identifying inefficiencies and simplifying workflows.
  • Deliver executive-ready performance reporting, dashboards, and insights.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Operations or related field
  • 8–12+ years of experience in sales or commercial operations
  • Proven executive partnership and influence skills
  • Strong expertise in performance measurement and analytics
  • CRM experience (D365 preferred)
  • Power BI or equivalent analytics tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
