About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and operationalize commercial performance frameworks, including KPIs, scorecards, and planning cadences aligned to company objectives.
- Own and evolve sales performance measurement across pipeline, productivity, execution quality, and outcomes.
- Partner directly with Sales leadership to translate strategy into measurable actions.
- Drive commercial productivity improvements by identifying inefficiencies and simplifying workflows.
- Deliver executive-ready performance reporting, dashboards, and insights.
- Establish consistent operating rhythms that raise accountability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Operations or related field
- 8–12+ years of experience in sales or commercial operations
- Proven executive partnership and influence skills
- Strong expertise in performance measurement and analytics
- CRM experience (D365 preferred)
- Power BI or equivalent analytics tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
