About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop AI enablement strategies tailored for HR, Marketing, and Communications workflows.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases in forecasting, product, marketing, and planning.
  • Design and implement proof-of-concepts (POCs) and minimum viable products (MVPs) leveraging GenAI, ML, automation, agents, or other emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with relevant business teams to understand their challenges, identify ideal AI-enabled business processes, and develop hands-on prototypes.
  • Create reusable playbooks, reference architectures, and enablement assets for business teams.
  • Collaborate with data platform and security teams to ensure secure and governed access to data for AI solutions.
  • Partner with business teams on change management initiatives, including training and communication for adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with Responsible AI principles and governance frameworks.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduating or graduated with Master’s in Data Science, Engineering or related field from an accredited degree program.
  • Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Ability to understand detailed business processes and translate business problems or workflows into AI-enabled solutions.
  • Prior related internship or co-op experience (preferred).
  • Experience with GenAI tools, prompt engineering, agent development, and data visualization (preferred).
  • Knowledge of supply chain, finance, or commercial operations workflows (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Azure and AWS cloud platforms, Microsoft CoPilot, AI Factory, Bedrock, Quick Suite (preferred).
  • Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc. (preferred).
  • Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity (preferred).
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills (preferred).
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn emerging technologies (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills (preferred).
  • Self-motivated with an innovative approach to problem solving and a can-do attitude (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (preferred).
  • Strong planning & organizational skills (preferred).
