About the role
- Lead and manage the financial performance of the Advanced Packaging Product Line, ensuring profitability and growth.
- Define and execute investment strategies aligned with long-term business goals and technology roadmaps.
- Build and expand a robust customer pipeline by identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing strategic deals.
- Collaborate with end markets to understand evolving needs, position solutions effectively, and drive adoption.
- Partner with R&D, operations, sales, and marketing to align execution with strategic objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, advanced packaging, or related high-tech industries.
- Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering business growth.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong customer orientation with experience in building and closing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
