About the role
- Lead and manage the full profit and loss for the RF GaN product line
- Define and execute investment strategies to support product innovation, market expansion, and long-term growth.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of customers
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market needs and trends
- Drive commercial negotiations and close strategic deals
- Partner with engineering, operations, and finance for alignment and execution
Requirements
- 15+ years of proven experience in RF technologies, preferably GaN based technologies and systems
- Demonstrated success in managing P&L and leading product lines or business units.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with global customers and navigating complex deal structures.
- Ability to travel 25%
