About the role
- Lead backend development with Ruby on Rails, ensuring scalability and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
- Address architectural challenges and ensure best practices in backend development
- Work with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL
- Contribute to technical decisions, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- 7+ years of backend development experience, with at least 4 years using Ruby on Rails
- Strong understanding of backend concepts, architectural issues, and HTTP protocols
- Excellent knowledge of relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (preferably AWS) is a plus
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
