About the role

  • Business process digitalization, and current IT Integration scope portfolio rationalization
  • Architect, design, implement and maintain complex software solutions that adhere to best practices and industry standards
  • Deliver expertise in engineering, lead technical strategy, enforce best practices, mentor team members
  • Set coding standards, lead code review sessions and implement robust security measures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives proactively, evaluate and adopt new technologies. Continuously learn and stay up to date with emerging technologies
  • Lead by example with a positive attitude, foster a collaborative team environment, actively support and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace, and uphold high standards of respect and ethics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with .Net integrations, including legacy
  • Strong understanding of various integration architectures (REST, SOAP, EDI, messaging services)
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and services (AWS)
  • Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools (Grafana, Loki, Prometheus)
  • Experience with containerization (Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab)
  • Strong analytical skills, and problem solving mindset
  • Advantage: experience with modern AI technologies.
