About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct active prospecting of new clients via email, phone, LinkedIn and other lead-generation tools.
- Identify and qualify companies with potential fit for Neocredit's solutions.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Perform market research and map strategic accounts.
- Log and track interactions with leads in the CRM.
- Support outbound campaigns and the generation of commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize opportunity generation.
- Contribute to the growth of the company's sales funnel.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience as a BDR, SDR, or in B2B sales prospecting.
- Knowledge of prospecting techniques and outbound outreach approaches.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with leads.
- Goal-oriented profile, focused on generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Experience prospecting products and solutions for the financial sector, preferably focused on credit and collections, is a plus.
