About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct active prospecting of new clients via email, phone, LinkedIn and other lead-generation tools.
  • Identify and qualify companies with potential fit for Neocredit's solutions.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Perform market research and map strategic accounts.
  • Log and track interactions with leads in the CRM.
  • Support outbound campaigns and the generation of commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize opportunity generation.
  • Contribute to the growth of the company's sales funnel.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience as a BDR, SDR, or in B2B sales prospecting.
  • Knowledge of prospecting techniques and outbound outreach approaches.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with leads.
  • Goal-oriented profile, focused on generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Experience prospecting products and solutions for the financial sector, preferably focused on credit and collections, is a plus.
