About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The BDR is a key member of the commercial team, responsible for creating business opportunities for Global.
- Your mission is to identify companies that can benefit from our solutions and qualify them for the Inside Sales team or the Business Manager team, depending on the prospect's profile.
- Research and map companies and decision-makers aligned with Global's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Conduct active (outbound) prospecting via calls, emails, and messages using available tools.
- Engage leads and generate interest through strategic, personalized outreach.
- Qualify leads by uncovering customer needs and challenges.
- Schedule meetings for the Inside Sales team and Sales Managers, ensuring a structured handover of information.
- Log all interactions in the CRM for analysis and optimization of the commercial process.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to improve demand generation strategies.
- Track metrics and KPIs to continuously improve conversion rates.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience as a BDR.
- Knowledge of prospecting techniques and outbound approaches.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with leads.
- Results-oriented profile, focused on generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, Bitrix, or similar) is a plus.
- Experience prospecting financial products and solutions—preferably focused on credit and collections—is a plus.
