About the role
- Conduct regular and ad hoc assistance to analysts in pulling data and updating reports, product decks, and other deliverables
- Assist with the compliance process for several deliverables on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Facilitate distribution of research tools and resources, including website posting and tagging and research provider access
- Collaborate as an operational liaison with other teams
- Support team reporting and process analysis to inform research objectives
- Help coordinate team events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Internships, certifications, and other such experiences will be considered.
- Adept proficiency with the Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word)
- Ability to learn and adapt to new platforms and tools quickly
- Attention to detail
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Motivated self-starter
- Strong desire to learn
- Experience with various operational tools and platforms (Asana, Slack, Zoom, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
- Experience with specialized financial software (Bloomberg, Factset, etc.)
- Business and technical writing
- Data cleaning, analysis, and visualization
