Junior Sales Representative
Global Water Solutions Ltd.Junior Sales Representative for Global Water Solutions enhancing water treatment and movement products. Responsibilities include sales portfolio management and market intelligence activities within assigned territory.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Grow, develop and maintain the existing sales portfolio
- Conduct sales data mining and market intelligence activities for the assigned territory (online research, trade shows, professional organisations)
- Actively prospect new B2B professional accounts
- Strengthen the brand presence in the territory by representing the company professionally and delivering excellent customer service
- Build customer loyalty through regular follow-up and repeat visits
- Independently plan travel routes, optimising schedules and travel time
- Manage travel expenses within the allocated budget
- Acquire and maintain technical knowledge of our products and their applications through ongoing study and hands-on familiarisation
- Enter and update information in the GWS CRM, including visit reports, client feedback and follow-up actions
- Provide clear and accurate reporting of sales activities and results to management
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and Area Manager to meet monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years minimum proven experience in physical product sales or as a technical sales representative
- Prior experience in a related industry (water treatment or water movement) is a strong advantage
- Hold a valid residence permit (titre de séjour) and/or work authorisation (autorisation de travail)
- Fluent in French; English is recommended for internal communication
- Additional languages are an advantage
- Independent, detail-oriented and driven by a strong sales mindset—able to turn a “no” into a future opportunity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to organise your own work schedule
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively for business (at least 2 weeks per month; ~60%)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient with computers
