About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Promote GUS France Group schools—SCBS, the School of Tourism, and the School of Design—to the general public
Contribute to defining and implementing internal and external communication strategies in France and internationally
Develop and manage websites, social media, SEO, and SEA
Write, edit, and manage web and offline content, including digital and multimedia assets
Lead website redesign and development projects
Produce photo and video content, including shooting and post-production editing
Support marketing and recruitment events, including direct marketing campaigns, trade shows, forums, and open days
Coordinate external providers such as web agencies, communication agencies, video production companies, and printing suppliers
Monitor emerging technologies and digital trends
Provide technical communication support to internal departments
Produce regular activity reports and performance tracking

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in Communication Strategy or Marketing
Significant experience in a similar role
Advanced proficiency in CMS platforms, social media, Google Analytics, and Google Ads
Strong understanding of digital culture, digital marketing, and social media
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, or similar design and editing software
Excellent command of French with strong writing and editorial skills
Intermediate level of English
Project management skills, including specifications, project follow-up, and supplier coordination
Knowledge of the competitive business school environment is a strong advantage
Ability to work in a team
Creativity and proactive mindset
Versatility and autonomy
Ability to meet deadlines and strong responsiveness
Rigorous, detail-oriented, and conscientious approach
Strong time management and respect for deadlines
