About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Pre-qualify prospects by phone and email, providing relevant information and guidance to convert them into qualified candidates
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns and advise prospective candidates effectively
- Deliver high-quality customer service
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and clients
- Respond to specific enquiries and provide first-level advice and guidance
- Resolve customer issues and address concerns efficiently
- Provide accurate information about academic programs and training offerings
- Participate in outbound calling campaigns supporting student recruitment and engagement
- Improve management and follow-up of inbound and outbound prospects across all acquisition channels
- Support sales and admissions teams during periods of high activity
- Assist with additional initiatives, including large-scale outbound recruitment
- Undertake different or additional duties in line with business requirements at the request of the line manager
- Maintain Group values and comply with the Code of Conduct, equality and diversity, health and safety, and safeguarding policies
