About the role
- Produce, review, and maintain various types of documentation: technical documentation, user guides, manuals, FAQs, tutorial videos, and any other support materials related to our systems and processes.
- Translate complex technical information into clear and accessible content for different audiences (internal and external).
- Ensure organization, versioning, and regular updating of materials.
- Create and standardize templates, models, and documentation best practices.
- Collaborate with product, development, and support teams to identify documentation needs.
- Develop practical test cases from requirements and specifications.
- Execute functional tests of products (primarily manual testing).
- Identify, record, and track inconsistencies, defects, or gaps found during testing.
- Produce test evidence and, when necessary, update the corresponding documentation.
- Serve as a bridge between development, product, and support teams, ensuring quality in the final delivery.
- Structure, organize, and keep the company’s internal knowledge base up to date (in tools such as Confluence or similar).
- Manage access, templates, and governance rules for the knowledge base.
- Support the dissemination of technical knowledge through support materials and internal training, promoting a documentation culture and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in functional QA (creation and execution of manual tests).
- Clear and well-structured technical writing skills.
- Analytical ability to identify defects and propose improvements.
- Familiarity with tools like Confluence (or similar).
- Proven experience creating documentation (any format: text, video, manual, etc.) for software systems.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
