About the role
- Produce and maintain technical and functional software documentation, including: user guides and manuals
- Document features, workflows and business rules
- FAQs, knowledge base articles and release notes
- Document user journeys, product usage processes and functional rules in clear, structured language
- Create and maintain conceptual documentation about systems, modules, integrations and product behavior
- Work directly with Engineering, Product and QA to collect, validate and update technical information as the software evolves
- Organize, version and publish content on documentation platforms (primarily Confluence)
- Ensure consistency in writing, terminology and structure according to corporate style guides
- Create diagrams, flows and visual representations to support technical understanding
- Plan, record and edit technical videos and tutorials integrated with written documentation
- Create and define AI personalities for the group's companies and products
- Maintain and evolve existing AI personalities, ensuring consistency, quality and adherence to corporate guidelines
- Support clear documentation of the behavior, scope, capabilities and limitations of each AI personality
Requirements
- Experience as a Tech Writer, Technical Writer, UX Writer, Content Designer or similar role
- Excellent technical writing skills—clear, concise and user-focused
- Experience documenting software products or digital systems
- Ability to structure complex content in a logical, reusable way
- Experience with documentation platforms (Confluence, wikis, Notion)
- Familiarity with practical use of generative AI, prompt design and content curation
- Basic experience in recording and editing technical videos
