IT Support Specialist 1st & 2nd Level
GLOBAL SIDEIT Support Specialist providing technical assistance and support in software and hardware issues. Ensuring smooth operation and training users on software products in Germany.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical support
- Resolve software and hardware issues
- Maintain systems to ensure smooth operation
- Assist users with technical problems
- Analyze and support customers' software issues
- Install and maintain software
- Identify and troubleshoot technical faults
- Log, manage and coordinate support requests
- Handle customers' technical inquiries
- Train users on our software products
- Design and conduct technical workshops, both on-site and virtually
- Provide support to our consulting team
- Coordinate our release deployments
- Responsible for operational processes
- Support software testing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training as an IT management clerk or as an IT specialist, ideally with experience in a fintech company, bank, or insurance provider
- Several years' experience in 1st and 2nd level support
- Highly self-motivated with an independent and structured working style
- Enjoys troubleshooting and finding new solutions
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software applications
- German language skills at least C1; good English skills are a plus
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills and a high solution orientation
