About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and drive the document management product vision and roadmap
Identify opportunities to improve Merchant and Partner experiences, operational efficiency, and business growth
Translate product strategy into prioritized requirements, business cases, and deliverables based on customer and business impact
Partner with engineering teams, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable solutions and successful product launches
Lead Voice of Customer research and serve as the subject matter expert for document management products and capabilities
Manage strategic relationships with third-party document management providers
Serve as the primary liaison for third-party document management vendors, evaluating solution enhancements and releases and influencing product roadmaps

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful products throughout the full lifecycle
Strong expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and executive-level communication of recommendations and business value
Experience working in Agile environments; SAFe preferred
Solid technical background in software development and web technologies
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
Proven success managing third-party vendor relationships
BS/MS degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future immigration sponsorship
