About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape and scale the go-to-market strategy for Genius, driving product adoption, revenue growth and market share across priority customer segments
- Lead and grow a high-performing team of product marketers, creating a culture of ownership, innovation and continuous development

- Turn market, customer and competitive insights into clear strategies that influence product direction and business outcomes

- Track and optimize performance, using insights such as win rates and adoption metrics to continuously improve strategy and deliver results
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong track record of driving go-to-market success and product growth
- Proven success launching and scaling products within multinational or global organizations
- Deep understanding of the retail industry and point of sale ecosystems
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate market insights into growth strategies and measurable outcomes
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across product, sales and marketing
- Analytical thinking and financial acumen, with the ability to size markets and prioritize opportunities effectively
- A collaborative, ownership-driven mindset with the confidence to lead, challenge and create impact
