Lead the enterprise strategy for cybersecurity issue and risk management , driving measurable reductions in residual risk and ensuring critical control gaps are remediated within approved timelines.
Shape risk-informed business decisions by providing authoritative guidance on cybersecurity risk ratings, remediation approaches, compensating controls, and risk acceptance determinations across the organization.
Influence executive and governance outcomes through data-driven reporting, actionable risk insights, and clear visibility into emerging threats, remediation progress, and enterprise risk trends.
Drive accountability across technology and business teams , partnering with stakeholders to accelerate issue resolution, address systemic control weaknesses, and strengthen the overall security posture of the enterprise.
Advance the maturity and efficiency of cyber risk operations by leveraging automation, intelligent workflows, advanced analytics, and continuous process improvements that enhance oversight and decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven success leading cybersecurity risk management, information security, information technology (IT) governance, or controls programs within a large, complex, and highly regulated environment.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive accountability across teams without direct reporting relationships, delivering measurable risk reduction and business outcomes.
Deep expertise in cybersecurity control frameworks, enterprise risk management practices, regulatory requirements, and control domains such as cloud security, encryption, privileged access management, network security, and vulnerability management.
Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex technical risks into clear, actionable recommendations for executive, business, and technology audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field, along with experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
It's a bonus if you have Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
Experience within the financial services, payments, or fintech industry and familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platforms such as Archer.
