Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex software implementation projects from discovery through deployment
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors
Establish governance frameworks, including steering committees and project reviews
Drive project execution by managing scope, timelines, risks, resources, and budgets
Shape project strategies and delivery plans
Identify and resolve risks, issues, and potential escalations early
Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and high-quality delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementation projects
Proven success delivering complex cloud, software-as-a-service (SaaS), and on-premises technology implementations
Strong project management expertise, including scope management, risk mitigation, budgeting, governance, resource planning, and change management
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
It's a bonus if you have Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a comparable project management credential
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other relevant master's degree
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning and resource management tools such as CA Clarity, Mavenlink, Project Online, or similar platforms
Experience working in payments, financial services, or related industries.
