About the role

  • Manages the execution of projects in accordance with organization's project management methodology.
  • Develops, prioritizes and submits project plans, budgets and methodologies across a range of key projects.
  • Defines project resources, performs performance reviews and conducts post implementation evaluations.
  • Takes ownership of the successful implementation of a set of projects and manages the work of project managers.
  • Advises on complex or critical projects; monitors progress and performance against project plans.
  • Evaluates and authorizes changes that significantly impact scope, budget, or timeline.
  • Oversees planning, execution, controlling, reporting and communication of complex projects across functions.
  • Directs activities to ensure project delivery within annual budget and aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Monitors and reports project risks to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Designs and implements project reporting for senior management (resource allocation, financials, risks, variances).
  • Plans and controls annual project revenue forecast and billing accuracy.
  • Leads client relationship oversight, escalation management, conflict resolution and process improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field of study from an accredited university; relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
  • Typically a minimum of 10 years related professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5-6 years experience in a managerial position.
  • Prior Global Payments, payment or technology industry experience preferred.
