Assistant Sales Manager – Account Acquisitions

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage merchant account profitability and revenue potential
- Adjust commercial agreements as necessary
- Identify cross-sell initiatives
- Maximize Global Payments’ product suite revenue potential
- Monitor and supervise pricing and service proposals tailor-fitted to each potential New Account
- Perform updates to Operations on potential resource allocations
- Assist Manager in mentoring Sales Executives
- Monitor competitor activity and identify threats
- Maintain close personal contact with management personnel of merchants
- Strategic visits to merchants targeted by competitors
- Address merchant complaints and requirements
- Develop and execute an Account Development Plan
- Rationalize POS deployments and ensure maximum revenue returns
Requirements
What you’ll need- College graduate
- Business, Management or Marketing discipline will be an asset
- 2 years of experience in sales and customer service preferably in credit card related businesses
- Previous experience in Merchant Acquiring Relationship Management of any Top 100 Philippines corporations preferred
- Proven record in customer facing service conditions
- Very good English and Filipino communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City and willing to travel as needed.
