About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage merchant account profitability and revenue potential
  • Adjust commercial agreements as necessary
  • Identify cross-sell initiatives
  • Maximize Global Payments’ product suite revenue potential
  • Monitor and supervise pricing and service proposals tailor-fitted to each potential New Account
  • Perform updates to Operations on potential resource allocations
  • Assist Manager in mentoring Sales Executives
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify threats
  • Maintain close personal contact with management personnel of merchants
  • Strategic visits to merchants targeted by competitors
  • Address merchant complaints and requirements
  • Develop and execute an Account Development Plan
  • Rationalize POS deployments and ensure maximum revenue returns

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College graduate
  • Business, Management or Marketing discipline will be an asset
  • 2 years of experience in sales and customer service preferably in credit card related businesses
  • Previous experience in Merchant Acquiring Relationship Management of any Top 100 Philippines corporations preferred
  • Proven record in customer facing service conditions
  • Very good English and Filipino communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City and willing to travel as needed.
