About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- lead and inspire a team of top-performing sales professionals
- ensure team achieves and exceeds sales goals within your designated region
- conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales coaching sessions
- focus on larger strategic deals within your territory
- monitor team activity and track performance metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 18 years of age or older
- valid driver's license
- live in area relative to job posting location - Bakersfield, CA / Fresno, CA and the surrounding communities
- experience leading an outside sales team
- ability to be in the field, a minimum of 75% of the time
- excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
- training and coaching experience as a leader of an outside sales team
- high school diploma/GED
- at least four years of relevant experience
