About the role

  • supports the sales organization by delivering programs and sales collateral that enhance sales effectiveness
  • manages the execution of key enablement initiatives
  • creates sales plays, playbooks, sales collateral, and sales readiness processes
  • partners with Training teams related to POS product releases, integrations and enhancements
  • works with Sales Leadership to create a feedback loop on beta programs and pilots
  • stays abreast of the needs within the POS sales organization
  • supports Leadership Development and Sales Methodology transformation tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Exp
  • 2+ years experience in POS or Payments business is preferred
  • 3+ years in Sales Ops or Sales Enablement role
  • Proficiency in G-Suite tools and Microsoft
  • Background in retail, hospitality, food service, or sales
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of sales methodology, marketing, lead campaigns and performance metrics
