About the role

  • Analyze complex sales data from CRM and other sources to identify trends, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights into the sales pipeline and lead conversion
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for the sales team and senior management using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate business needs into technical requirements and analytical solutions
  • Manage and ensure the integrity of data deriving from several CRM systems, working to improve data quality and reporting accuracy
  • Develop and implement data models and predictive analytics to support sales forecasting and strategic planning
  • Create clear documentation for data models, processes, and dashboards to ensure consistency and understanding across the team
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance

Requirements

  • Masters in Data Science or Business Analytics preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business intelligence or data analyst role, with a focus on supporting sales or marketing teams
  • Proven expertise in creating dashboards and visualizations with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation is required
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts
  • Demonstrated proficiency with expert Python or R experience preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
