Responsible for prospecting and running Heartland Point of Sale presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants, restaurateurs, and businesses to ultimately close deals
As a Software Relationship Manager (SRM) you will report to a District Manager and receive coaching from a Director
Explain our value proposition and demonstrate our cloud based Point of Sale solution
Upsell current clients on other Heartland products and services
Maintain regular communication with the Point of Sale District Manager
Close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the area
Work closely with your local District Manager to set appointments with business owners in person
Requirements
18 years of age or older
This position requires regular short-distance travel to visit client sites
Completion of mandatory drug screening on or near 60th day of employment
Live in area relative to job posting location
Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 75% of the time
High school diploma/GED
At least two years of relevant experience
