About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for ongoing support, coaching, and mentorship development and day-to-day management of a team of Media Specialists.
  • Provide strategic and tactical leadership across the accounts within their pod(s).
  • Responsible for oversight of strategy and performance results of clients within their assigned pod(s).
  • Accountable for leading annual account planning efforts across accounts within pods/client support teams under their management.
  • Responsible for identifying and driving the presentation of client retail media growth opportunities outside of Amazon.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience with Amazon or other retail media channels
  • 3+ years people management experience
  • Required Amazon Sponsored Ads experience
  • Experience with Amazon Advertising & other retail media channels
  • Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level
  • Preferred experience: Tableau, Skai, Jungle Scout/Cobalt, Criteo/Citrus Ads and Retailer ad console platforms
