About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Understand and articulate the creative vision for a project, aligning it with client objectives
  • Develop an understanding of the target audience(s), their needs, and how they interact with the brand across touchpoints
  • Meet with clients to discuss their goals for an upcoming marketing campaign, then Developing marketing campaigns that are aligned with client expectations.
  • Developing marketing strategies that dictate the core methods of achieving the client’s goals
  • Create documentation and write creative briefs that inspire and challenge teams to do their best work
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including UX, design, copywriting, and development to bring concepts to life
  • Coordinating goals with department heads responsible for enacting a marketing strategy
  • Present concepts and rationale to internal and external stakeholders, adjusting as needed based on feedback
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality standards are met and deadlines are met
  • Conduct post-mortem analysis to identify areas of improvement for future projects
  • Encourage out-of-the-box thinking and challenge team members to think outside their comfort zones
  • Examining market and industry reports and identifying important trends
  • Creating strategic plans that outline how to achieve goals within a specific time frame
  • Monitoring the progress of marketing media throughout development
  • Tracking results of marketing strategies
  • Adjusting or ending marketing strategies if results are not meeting expectations
  • Strategizing ways to increase sales and brand awareness through marketing efforts such as social media campaigns or targeted advertisements
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Proactively share knowledge and best practices with team members
  • Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or related field
  • 5+ years professional experience in advertising, marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
  • Prior Amazon Experience is required
