About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Draft, format, and refine training materials, enablement guides, and documentation
  • Maintain and organize content libraries and knowledge repositories
  • Update and rewrite existing training decks and process documents
  • Transcribe and document workflows and SOPs
  • Maintain document templates and ensure proper filing and version control
  • Conduct periodic audits of existing documentation
  • Develop AI-assisted first drafts of internal communications
  • Manage distribution lists and maintain the internal communications calendar
  • Own the editorial process for internal comms
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for team members attending industry conferences and external events
  • Write event communications, attendee-facing materials, agendas, and post-event recap summaries
  • Coordinate with content contributors and track deadlines across the content calendar
  • Build and maintain dashboards or trackers for adoption metrics and team feedback
  • Schedule cross-functional meetings, take notes, and distribute clear action item recaps.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of experience in a corporate environment, assisting with MarCom activities which include – content writing and development, event coordination and logistics, LinkedIn management, etc.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with AI tools
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, evaluate effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve programs.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
