About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft, format, and refine training materials, enablement guides, and documentation
- Maintain and organize content libraries and knowledge repositories
- Update and rewrite existing training decks and process documents
- Transcribe and document workflows and SOPs
- Maintain document templates and ensure proper filing and version control
- Conduct periodic audits of existing documentation
- Develop AI-assisted first drafts of internal communications
- Manage distribution lists and maintain the internal communications calendar
- Own the editorial process for internal comms
- Manage end-to-end logistics for team members attending industry conferences and external events
- Write event communications, attendee-facing materials, agendas, and post-event recap summaries
- Coordinate with content contributors and track deadlines across the content calendar
- Build and maintain dashboards or trackers for adoption metrics and team feedback
- Schedule cross-functional meetings, take notes, and distribute clear action item recaps.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of experience in a corporate environment, assisting with MarCom activities which include – content writing and development, event coordination and logistics, LinkedIn management, etc.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with AI tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders concurrently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to analyze data, evaluate effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve programs.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
