Inside Sales

• Directly supervise 10+ employees and exercise management authority over staffing, evaluations, and terminations
• Review and approve employee time sheets and requests for time off
• Motivate team members to meet daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals
• Conduct monthly coaching sessions based on scorecard results, phone monitoring, and floor observations
• Review, analyze and interpret reports to gauge team performance and develop collections call strategies
• Conduct team meetings and continuous training sessions
• Support development and maintenance of departmental operating procedures and ensure regulatory compliance
• Apply policies and exercise sound judgment to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies and regulatory agencies
• Handle escalated calls and disputes; maintain professional phone etiquette
• Set departmental goals and develop/maintain daily employee work schedules to meet business needs
• Run daily reports to optimize workflow efficiency and ensure service level expectations are met
• Manage and execute programs, policies, and systems to minimize delinquency and reduce losses
• Responsible for hiring, training, developing, and motivating team to maximize business opportunities
