About the role
- Provide quality training, guidance, performance coaching, and feedback to assigned staff
- Evaluate team operating processes, analyze reports, and identify performance-related issues
- Establish strong working relationships with other business units
- Support development and maintenance of departmental operating procedures
- Set departmental goals and develop and maintain daily employee work schedules
- Accept incoming calls and effectively resolve escalated complaints
- Exercise management authority concerning staffing, performance evaluations, promotions, salary recommendations, and terminations
- Complete classroom and on-the-job training (3-6 months) before being assigned a team to manage
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Phenomenal interpersonal skills with a focus on empowering others
- Ability to learn new concepts and think fast on your feet
- Strong drive, ambition, and the ability to motivate others
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Hands-on approach, and willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done

- This is an exempt-level position; schedule generally Monday through Friday between 8:00am-6:00pm; Saturday shifts may occur
- Remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the workday
- Constantly operate a computer and other standard office equipment
- Ability to perform administrative tasks, use a computer, read company-related documents and email, bend, and kneel
- The position may require travel
