About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for building business-focused information systems and technology solutions that are stable, scalable, and efficient.
- Gather business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Work with technical teams to recommend effective and optimal solutions to meet the business needs.
- Document proposed solutions and prioritize projects for timely implementation.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in software development, data query languages, or reporting tools preferred
- Familiarity of SQL Server preferred
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle
- Intrinsically self-motivated with demonstrated ability to take initiative, identify needs, make recommendations for improvement, see recommendations through implementation, and evaluate improvements for effectiveness
- Ability to effectively manage highly sensitive and confidential information, interact at all levels within the organization, and build cross-functional partnerships across the business
- Team player that can adapt in a fast pace and changing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of standard business applications; ability to quickly learn new computer applications as required
- Ability to think strategically and deliver tactically
- Commitment to exemplifying the organizational core values and key competencies
