About the role

Lead all aspects of C2SET execution in coordination with the Government PM
Manage operational, technical, financial, regulatory, reporting, security, logistics, and customer discussions for the C2SET program
Interface with the PCO on contract matters
Ensure software solutions meet established goals and Joint training commitments
Lead risk management, subcontractor oversight, Agile cost control, quality assurance, and configuration management
Provide exercise support: Tier I 24/7 Help Desk reach-back, Tier II 0800–1800 EST/EDST, and surge to 24/7 operations as required
Support CONUS/OCONUS travel to government and coalition locations and submit trip reports within 5 working days

7-10 years of relevant experience
5+ years as program/product manager on a software development team, with C5ISR M&S and software development experience
BS Degree - Experience may be considered in place of education requirement
PMP certification preferred
U.S. citizen; Secret clearance required at award (interim acceptable within 30 days)
Some tasks may require TS/SCI; interim TS/SCI eligibility must be obtained within 120 days if directed
Must support CONUS/OCONUS travel to government and coalition locations (Qatar, Germany, Korea, Belgium, Australia, Hawaii, Alaska, and CONUS bases)
Must comply with JTR/FAR 31.205-46; trip reports due within 5 working days after travel
Must comply with DoD RMF deliverables, ATO/AfU/CtF processes, secure coding guidelines (DoD/NSA/CISA), and vulnerability remediation timelines
Provide Tier I 24/7 Help Desk reach-back during exercises and Tier II technical support 0800–1800 EST/EDST; surge to 24/7 operations if required
NDA signed and uploaded to DISS prior to work; comply with OPSEC, CUI, ITAR, and SAM.gov reporting requirements
May be required to support Extended Work Weeks (EWW) with no overtime premium
