About the role
- Design and implement sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes.
- Provide insight to larger team on trends and errors and provide innovative business solutions.
- Review various processes including sales compensation planning, sales new hire onboarding & training, and our North America Sales Forecasting process.
- Research and analyze current processes and present formal recommendations for improvements.
- Perform trend analysis and present findings.
Requirements
- Rising Senior pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field of study.
- Strong project management skills.
- Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Handle multiple activities simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Tools: Excel and Word.
