💰 $22 - $28 per hour
About the role
- Assist with overseeing the integrity of customer purchase orders with suppliers/vendors
- Act as the liaison between our external and internal customer care teams
- Review backorder reports by following up with each vendor for recovery dates for reassignment
- Review Reassignment reports by cross checking the items that have been scanned into our consolidation facility
- Process Production Delay Notifications (PDN’s) from our vendors to our end users and internal customer care team members
- Assist with Evolve load reports and purchase order processing
- Assist Distribution Centers / Accounting/ Vendors with AS400 maintenance and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- 2 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- AS400 experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
