About the role
- Seeking additional support to handle Accounts Receivable collection activities
- Researching outstanding items and developing understanding of the underlying contract history
- Reviewing customer-support ticketing systems, service documentation, and email correspondence to determine contractual terms
- Preparing drafts for customer outreach when items are confirmed as collectible
Requirements
- Accountant with AR collection experience
- Must have an interface with customers thru phone calls
- Very detailed so look for activities that can support this
- Construction accounting experience (I will assign the person to another part time project)
