About the role
- Perform MULTI-INT triage, research, exploitation, organization, prioritization, analysis production, and dissemination in alignment with Government policies, priorities, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Offer expert support in all aspects of I2 analysis, including triage, research, exploitation, analysis, production, and dissemination of Biometric, Forensic, Face & Image Analysis, Cellular Exploitation (CELLEX), DOMEX-derived products, and I2 training.
- Develop deliverables such as completed intelligence reports, biometric/biographic analysis reports, SIGINT or CELLEX-related analysis reports, DOMEX-derived reports, all-source analysis reports, analytic briefings, RFI responses, and training materials.
- Analyze identity-related data, multi-source intelligence, cellular data, and SIGINT to extract additional insights using advanced analytic tools and techniques in a 24/7/365-366 shift environment.
- Use DONISIS, BI2R, or other relevant systems or databases for research and exploitation purposes; perform case management for DONISIS submissions.
- Ensure report content is clear, logical, comprehensive, properly formatted, with correct syntax and classification.
- Apply technical subject matter expertise in Identity Intelligence, including EFT files, ORIs, TCNs, BIDs, and other I2 biometric data.
- Provide up to 24/7/365-366 support for management of DoD Biometric-Enabled Watchlist (BEWL) and National Level Watchlisting operations, including encounter management, nomination support, change/removal requests, RFIs, and other BEWL-related tasks.
- Coordinate reach back I2 support for deployed forces and provide tactical, operational, and national-level I2 support to USMC and partner forces for CONUS and OCONUS operations.
- Monitor shared inboxes across required networks and coordinate with agencies such as DFBA, NGIC, NCIS, and FBI SIU.
- Apply forensic methodologies to identify, extract, analyze, and disseminate I2 information from documents and media; extract facial images from media for further analysis.
- Conduct 1:N searches, 1:1 comparisons, image optimization, image/video authentication, metadata analysis, geolocation identification, and both open-source and classified research to obtain high-quality images and videos.
- Utilize facial recognition software and relevant databases; maintain collaborative partnerships with other Facial Identification (FI) enabled organizations.
- Produce and distribute Facial Comparison Analysis Reports (FCAR) or Media Exploitation (MEDEX) Rollups; maintain a log of reviewed documents and refine prioritization of files/documents.
Requirements
- TS/SCI Security Clearance
- A minimum of 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least some of the experience occurring within the last 2 years.
- A Master's degree in a field related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category and an additional 5 years of senior-level experience, totaling 17 years, in lieu of a Master’s degree.
- Experienced in ArcGIS/ArcPro.
- Experience with SAT Tools and SAT Models (creating and QC’ing).
- Experience with ERDAS Imagine.
- Experience with commercially available imagery sources such as Worldview, LandScan, and PlanetSense.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of the labor category activities necessary to fulfill mission requirements.
- Exhibits mastery in both qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and actively engages with academic or other fields that influence tradecraft development.
- Demonstrates the ability to define new, comprehensive, or unique research approaches that enable thorough assessments and contribute to high-level tasks.
- Provides in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries, clearly articulating key findings.
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrates the ability to review analytic products for logical arguments, adherence to tradecraft standards, and sufficient support for conclusions, regularly testing the analytic rigor of products.
