About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage, develop, implement, and maintain the Security Access card, Security Key, and Emergency Preparedness programs
- Supervise Security Access Control Specialists
- Manage day-to-day activities of security access card and key programs
- Monitor and respond to card and key access control issues
- Oversee distribution of keys, access cards, and equipment to authorized users
- Coordinate service issues related to alarms, card access, and Kaba locks
- Provide backup for billing and invoicing management for Security Projects and Systems
- Coordinate visitor and vendor access movement and event coordination
- Facilitate emergency evacuation drills
- Oversee video user and access management
- Implement and maintain the Kaba Mas Lock Program and troubleshoot lock issues
- Generate departmental card/key access and audit reports for the Physical Security Manager
- Review COOP plans, security Blue Book, policies, procedures, roadmap, and vendor contracts with security leadership
- Draft monthly board reports
- Ensure incident reports are completed, logged, and sent to the manager
- Participate in branch security safety and training development
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Security, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field
- Alternatively, four years’ experience in the corporate security field or law enforcement business administration, including at least two years in a supervisory/management role
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and react appropriately in an emergency situation
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficiency in end user computer technologies
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable and insurable driving record
- Must complete pre-employment and random drug testing
